I stumbled upon Scanners quite arbitrary and thought, why not? Photoshop’s wide array of tools helped me to free the original artwork from any text or other unwanted elements and the rest was standard fare. I planned to do a sister cover with a big Demogorgon head and Eleven’s silhouette right in the center, but never got round to it. Whatevs…. plenty of substitutes to use instead ;)
