I‘ve created these two covers, because this cool summer soundtrack by Calexico was provided with the arguably ugliest cover ever. An off-putting piece of crap. It’s so ugly I don’t even want to post it here. I don’t know what the movie is like, because I lost all interest in it. My creations are therefore solely sprung from my mind on how a film to this music should look like. For the background image I was browsing Google’s picture search using different search terms. The photo I finally found was in fact not shot in the United States but in England. I created a dawn- (#1) and a dusk-version (#2) of it, to reflect the different tones of this (highly recommended) score. Feel free to use these covers in your own digital music collection and get rid of the official abomination.
